![]() When I saw the news, I could not believe my eyes. I thought there must be something wrong. India is by all counts still a poor country. On the other hand, UK is one of the richest and most developed countries. In fact, UK is a member of G8- the club of the leading industrialist countries in the world. UK also ruled India for nearly 2 centuries and many people in the Indian subcontinent feel that UK became rich by exploiting Indian subcontinent. So, it is really interesting to see that India is now one of the top 3 investors in UK.
