Frankly, this news does not surprise me at all. Here are some headlines:
Google may be the rising sun in tech world but it is looking for skilled workers in a highly saturated labor market. Indian and foreign companies are now fighting to get and keep skilled workers. Why Google be an exception! Secondly, foreign companies like Google came to Indian market to get the maximum benefit from the cheap workforce. They looked only for the inexpensive workers but they did not invest in upgrading the skills of Indian graduates.
Google, IBM, Microsoft, Yahoo- all of them should now join hands and invest in Indian education sector so that India can produce more skilled workers regularly. Otherwise, the foreign companies are going to suffer more in the coming days.
