Once again,
India 's medal take at the Asian Games has been dwarfed by. Suresh Kalmadi's job is to ensure that situation changes. China As president of the Indian Olympic Association, Kalmadi helps oversee a multimillion dollar (euro) program aimed at overhauling India's sports development and giving China, one of the world's leading sporting nations and the only one with a bigger popular, a run for its money.
"It's not just about participation anymore," Kalmadi said in
, on the fringes of the Asian Games, the continent's premier sporting event. "It's about contending for medals." Doha ,Qatar
That is great news. I wish Indian Olympic Association every success in their effort. However, I just want to see one minor change in Indian sports- let the professional people run the sports, not politicians.

India is better to compete with countries like Sri Lanka or Vietname, as far as sports is concerned.
Never in history, in the past or future, will India be able to stand next to China.
The facts speak for itself!
