Indian Tour of Bangladesh: Should Ravi Shastri be Long Term Manager?
I was reading two opinions in Hindustan Times about Ravi Shastri. Both of the writers talked about the possibility of Ravi Shastri becoming a long term manager for Indian cricket team. It is stated that Ravi Shastri does not want to become a long term manager for Indian cricket team as he has a lucrative deal with a private TV channel.

Ravi Shastri was not exactly a top class player like Gavaskar and Kapil. Even, Shastri had a dismal record as a captain. It seems that the only thing that goes for him is that he is an Indian.
