I have been covering a lot about Indian Cricket League (ICL) in this blog. It seems that I will have to do the same about Indian Premier League (IPL). Actually, I feel that cricket is becoming a product in India and BCCI and Zee TV are trying to make the most out of them.

 

To make a product attractive you need celebrity endorsement. Indian Premier League has got a celebrity for them who will take part in IPL. Shoaib Akhtar is perhaps the fastes pace bowler of our time and he is a Pakistani player. His inclusion in IPL will surely help to bring glamour for Indian Premier League. Of course, Shoaib Akhtar will have to act more gently. You know that he is temporality banned from International cricket for his misconduct.
