The ascendency of India as an economic world power

Now, there is less than 72 hours before the start of Australia vs India 1^st Test. Australian fans are hoping that Australia can demolish India in the Test Series. Australian team has won 14 Test Matches successively. Another 3 wins are needed to break the record of Steve Waugh (under Steve Waugh’s captaincy, Australian team won 16 Test matches successively).

Steve Waugh could not continue his winning because of India. Now, the current Australian team has India in front of them. Indian fans want that India defeat Australia in the Test Series. 4 years ago, India drew with Australia 1-1. This time, Indian fans want that Indian team goes one step ahead.  

This will be perhaps the last Australian tour for Indian batting trio- Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly and Rahul Dravid. So, they will try their best for India.
