We often read about impressive economic growth and success in outsourcing of India. However, millions of people living in rural India are deprived of the blessings of the economic growth or outsourcing success.

India is going to have its next general election in 2009. So, the leaders in the government will surely keep in mind of this matter and give some facilities for the rural people in the upcoming budget. Well, the rural people need something more than empty promises.
