Indian Premier League (IPL): Too Much Money for Some Players?

Yesterday, there was auction for cricketers in Indian Premier League (IPL). The bid for Mahendra Singh Dhoni was $1.5 million. It was the highest amount in the bid. The fans of Mahendra Singh Dhoni will be happy to see their favorite player being in such a high demand. Almost every cricketer in IPL would receive a huge amount of money.

I am just concerned about one thing. Not all the cricketers of every country are included in IPL. What will happen to them? For example, most players of Kenya and Zimbabwe are not in IPL. What will happen to them? Will too much money create adverse impact on world cricket? What do you think?
