The ascendency of India as an economic world power

I found the news in Reuters: China's Lenovo says may build R&D centre in India. It does not say that Lenovo would surely set up a Research and Development (R&D) center in India but it seems that Lenovo bosses are seriously contemplating on the possibility. Well, China is no longer a country with very cheap workers. On the other hand, India is a good place for outsourcing.

At the same time, Lenovo is a popular name among Indian consumers. So, I think that Lenovo should go ahead with setting up a R&D center in India. It will help the company to become stronger in Indian market.
