Inflation is becoming a serious cause of worry for Indian government. Indian people are suffering and the government leaders have started to become some worried. There are a number of regional elections this year and next year, parliament election is expected to take place in the country. You know that inflation and rising price of foods and other necessity things is never a good thing for any government who has to face the voters in an election.
Indian government has taken some steps to fight against inflation. India has banned exports of number of food items and at the same time has decreased the import duties of some other food items. Indian government is also trying to go after hoarders so that there is a smooth and adequate flow of supply of food items in the market.
