ICL has 15 players from Pakistan. It seems that ICL is now going for more players from Pakistan. There is report that 3 cricketers from that country may soon join Indian Cricket League:

Knowledgeable sources told PTI that batsman Shahid Yousuf, all-rounder Tahir Mughal and wicket-keeper Hafiz Khalid were the three players who might sign up for ICL soon.
