The ascendency of India as an economic world power

Indian all rounder Yusuf Pathan has now dismissed all the media reports suggesting his criticism of the Indian selectors for ruling his brother Irfan Pathan out of India’s Champions Trophy squad. Media reports earlier suggested that Yusuf had fully criticized the Indian selectors stating that the reason of Irfan’s exclusion was something other than cricket.

However, Yusuf Pathan has called the reports baseless and wrong as he claims he did not make any comment on the selection of the squad. Well, I am not sure whether Yusuf Pathan criticized the selectors or not, but one thing is for sure that the selection of Indian team has become questionable. Former cricketers like Sourav Ganguly and Vinod Kambli have also recently raised their voiced against selectors, stating that they were also victimized by selectors during their playing days.
